Plays a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives within the organization. Primary responsibilities include collecting and analyzing requirements for automation projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of existing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Works closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable agile stories for the development team. Expertise in process modeling and workflow analysis is crucial in creating efficient and effective automation solutions.
Responsible for understanding and documenting the requirements to automate processes within SailPoint, a leading identity governance platform. Collaborates with IT and business teams to ensure that the automation solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Communicates technical requirements clearly and effectively to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Passionate about leveraging technology to streamline business processes and has a keen eye for detail.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years of direct experience with SailPoint.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, risk management, status reporting, governance/compliance, and quality assurance activities.
- Proficiency in project delivery methodologies with a focus on Agile using JIRA.
- SailPoint integration experience with various software platforms supporting human resource management, business operations, customer service management and customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
