Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is hybrid, requiring residence in the Twin Cities area. The successful candidate will be part of the Personalization Experiences team, a group committed to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored information to guide them to their next best step.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the React Native app development for new personalization features.
- Collaborate with the team to manage personalized customer experiences on our client's digital platforms.
- Participate in pair programming for a few hours each day.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of React Native app development (iOS, Android).
- 5+ years of TypeScript development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript languages.
- Knowledge of functional programming.
- Familiarity with native build tools, such as XCode, Gradle, etc.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automated testing suites.
- Ability to transition existing React web apps to React Native.

The selection process includes a 60-minute interview comprising introductions, technical screening, a coding exercise, and a Q&A session. Please note that a background check will be conducted upon offer. Candidates will also be required to complete a Hacker Rank test.
