Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is hybrid, requiring residence in the Twin Cities area. The successful candidate will be part of the Personalization Experiences team, a group committed to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored information to guide them to their next best step.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the React Native app development for new personalization features.
- Collaborate with the team to manage personalized customer experiences on our client's digital platforms.
- Participate in pair programming for a few hours each day.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of React Native app development (iOS, Android).
- 5+ years of TypeScript development.

Preferred Skills:
- Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language.
- Knowledge of functional programming.
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, etc.
- Experience with automated testing suites and transitioning existing React web apps to React Native.

The selection process includes a 60-minute interview comprising introductions, technical screening, a coding exercise, and an open time for candidate questions. Please note that a Hacker Rank test is required for this position. Upon offer, candidates must complete a background check.
