|Job ID 67924|Posted Aug 30, 2024As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our client's Project Management Office (PMO). You will ensure the smooth operation of IT project governance processes and support project managers and teams in their progress and status reporting to leadership. This role requires a blend of business and technical acumen, with a focus on data visualization and report development using PowerBI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building governance slide decks for leadership meetings
- Performing compliance and data checks
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Writing documentation and training materials
- Conducting training for stakeholders
- Posting knowledge sharing content on a reference site
- Creating data visualization reports in PowerBI
- Identifying areas of improvement
- Running internal projects for the PMO
- Preparing progress reports, scheduling meetings, and drafting agendas
- Facilitating team meetings and tracking work progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related IT field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as IT system analyst, business analyst, data analyst, quality analyst, technical analyst, project manager, or coordinator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Apps, JIRA, and PowerBI
- Strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving ability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Project Coordination experience, PMI Certification (PMP or CAPM), Agile Certification (Product Owner or Scrum Master), and experience with JIRA and PowerBI are a plus
