- Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Schedule cross-functional meetings for the campaign team
- Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, and campaign decks as assigned
- Track and document action items for accurate deliverables
- Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery
- Coordinate and maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans
- Attend and participate in process meetings regularly
- Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects, and resolve timing or workload concerns
- Support department leadership with special projects as required
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of project management experience, strong communication skills, and a process-oriented mindset. Previous experience with Workfront is a plus. The candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the candidate will be able to come to our client's location 2-3 times a week. The role is a 5-month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be provided with a company computer and will be expected to work 40 hours per week.
