JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Product Manager to join their App Growth team. This role is integral in shaping the future of retail disruption, enabling the team to deliver innovative and human-centered customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and development from concept to launch
- Partner closely with key internal teams and stakeholders
- Engage in customer research and execute data-driven prioritization
- Collaborate with a team of product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, build, and launch initiatives
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention
- Design models, success metrics, and reporting to measure the performance of retention campaigns and overall program effectiveness

This role is hybrid preferred, meaning you should be located within a drivable distance to one of our client's corporate offices in Richfield, MN or Atlanta, GA. You may be asked to come into the office up to three days per week.

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant Product Management Experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc.)
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
- Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, influence and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
- 8+ years directly related experience
- 4+ years of people management and team leadership experience
- 3+ years leadership and people management
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
