JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated and creative Visual Designer to join their dynamic team. This remote role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for design and a knack for problem-solving.

As a Visual Designer, you will be instrumental in creating and presenting innovative design concepts and systems in a responsive environment. You will be expected to lead and contribute to projects across multiple industry verticals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and share methodologies, best practices, and processes that lead to excellent design solutions
- Lead the design of detailed, accessible, on-brand digital initiatives that address customer needs, business objectives, and project KPIs
- Present design decisions confidently, explaining their intended impact on the experience to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Stay updated with current design trends and methodologies, especially in the digital space
- Develop strong relationships across multi-disciplinary project and client teams
- Manage time effectively and proactively communicate with project teams
- Lead small project tracks autonomously and mentor junior-level team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of visual design experience, preferably at a digital agency
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs is a plus
- Strong client presentation skills, with the ability to articulate how the work addresses client challenges
- Experience leading self and/or fellow designers on project teams from start to finish with limited oversight

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
