JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer with a strong focus on GA4 strategy and implementation. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing direct client consulting and solutioning, while adopting and socializing internal best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Google Tag Manager server environments in Google Cloud Platform
- Troubleshoot tickets and find solutions for clients in collaboration with analytics implementation engineers
- Articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, tailoring messages to the audience
- Facilitate brainstorming, peer reviews, and trainings to increase the technical capabilities of our client's team
- Perform discovery and solutioning activities with business development, account & program management, and clients to define and scope projects
- Design Marketing Data Warehouses, ingesting data from web analytics, CRM, and media platforms
- Maintain and fortify the relationship with Google, ensuring our client retains its status as a preferred reseller

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- 5+ years' experience in data engineering for digital marketing
- 2+ years in a consulting role
- Advanced skills in BigQuery, SQL and Python
- Experience using Google Cloud Platform for data warehousing and modeling pipelines
- Experience working with Enterprise Google Analytics 4 implementations
- Experience with leveraging third-party marketing tools and APIs for data warehousing

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the digital marketing analytics space and deep technical expertise in Google Cloud and Marketing Platforms. They will also have experience working with large scale data in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and experience with Customer Data Platforms will be a major plus.
