JOB DESCRIPTION
Job functions 
Opening Tickets
     o Offset (OMR)
    o Dialogue (PMR)
    o Email (EJR)
    o Legal Supplements
    o Member Materials
    o Buckslips (as needed for sponsors with Inc+/IBR)
    o AdMaster Tickets (Attestation, no Compliance review/approval needed)
Oversee Tickets
    o Manage print & email materials used in campaigns
    o Track AdMaster tickets to ensure attestation is filed
    o Proofread all materials
    o Push all tickets forward once they have been approved
    o Approve upload of final offset artwork to print vendor
    o Review internal tests
    o Perform link reviews 
•    Project Planning and Coordination:
•    Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing projects.
•    Identify potential risks or challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them.
•    Workflow Optimization:
•    Streamline communication channels and implement project management tools or software to optimize workflow efficiency.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance productivity.
•    Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
•    Continuous Improvement:
•    Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in marketing and creative services.
•    Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and the implementation of new marketing strategies.
•    Provide recommendations to management on strategies to enhance the agency's capabilities and service offerings.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
