- Collaborate with the GSM operations team, global marketing managers, and MLR review teams.
- Coordinate and traffic marketing materials daily alongside the Operations Specialist.
- Prioritize and track, escalate when needed, global marketing material from the global marketing team through the MLR lifecycle.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of tasks status.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Occasionally interact with senior leadership.
- Up to 5 year’s experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize and track projects and marketing materials.
- Detail-oriented with previous coordination experience.
- Experience working with medical, legal, regulatory, and quality teams.
- Background in highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with developing and/or adhering to taxonomy and metadata.
- Hard Requirements: Strong communication both verbal and written skills, proficiency in all Microsoft office applications, project/asset prioritization and tracking, detail oriented, previous coordination experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Medical, legal and/or regulatory experience. Experience in highly regulated industry. experience developing and/or adhering to taxonomy and metadata
- Daily tasks and duties: Primary interactions with GSM operations team, global marketing managers and MLR review teams, infrequent interaction with senior leadership. Tasks: daily trafficking and coordination with marketing material alongside the Operations specialist
- Metrics to be measured on: Measured on ability to move assets through MLR process efficiently with minimal risks.
