JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team. This is a 100% telecommute opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) or Medicaid provider operations, with a keen eye for detail and a highly analytical mind.

As a Project Manager, you will be working on the MALTSS Engagement, a project that establishes as the vendor to MassHealth. You will be part of a team that services the LTSS Provider network and effectively runs all aspects of provider operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst/project manager
- Project tracking and status reports, including actions required and workflows involved
- Manage processes to ensure projects move forward timely
- Understand interdependencies to ensure effective implementation
- Facilitate effective project meetings

Required Skills/Attributes:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask questions to ensure understanding
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

Preferred Skills/Attributes:
- Experience in Long Term Services and Supports provider operations (LTSS)
- Healthcare Operation Experience, especially Medicaid network and clinical operations
- Proficiency in MS Project and OneNote

Our client's team is composed of various workstreams including Program Integrity, Provider Network, Clinical and Prior Authorization, Reporting and Analytics, and Tech Team. As a Project Manager, you will work across these workstreams to execute a multitude of operations projects under the direction of PMO lead staff.

The interview process will consist of two rounds, conducted via phone. The interviews will focus on health business operations and will not be overly technical.
