JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated UX Architect to join their innovative team. This role is open to candidates in digital hubs, with a preference for those located in San Francisco. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

As a UX Architect, you will be instrumental in the redesign of an existing payments product. Your work will revolve around new technology and flow, applying brand guidelines and A11y standards, identifying potential error states, and documenting specifications for the revisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a Design lead and other team members
- Apply Design style guidelines to your work
- Share work with the Product and Dev teams
- Participate in presentations with executive leadership
- Create detailed designs and validate the accuracy of implementation of our designs to our mobile interfaces

Required Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in visual design for native iOS applications
- Proficiency with Figma; basic knowledge of HTML and CSS 3
- Familiarity with agile project methodology
- Extensive experience designing for best practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience creating style guides for development teams
- Familiarity with designing for accessibility in native applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in product management, visual design, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with UX researchers
- Experience writing for native applications
