JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Strategic Marketing Initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to manage promotional marketing campaigns for our client's diverse product range. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C brand marketing, with a focus on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns for large promotional events
- Execute promotional campaign plans across digital and physical marketing channels
- Analyze performance and learnings from previous campaigns to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with various teams including customer growth marketing, analytics, consumer insights, media, creative, and merchandising to ensure data-driven and cohesive execution of marketing plans
- Stay ahead of beauty trends, current events, marketing tools, consumer behavior, and competitive activity

Essential Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of B2C brand marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in leading 360 integrated campaigns across the consumer marketing funnel
- Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into marketing strategies
- Comfortable with analytics and data-driven business planning
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's Degree required; MA or MBA preferred

This role is a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to commute to our client's location in Bolingbrook, IL, six times per month. The successful candidate will be a key marketing leader, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategies in support of our client's largest enterprise-wide strategic platforms.
