JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), and general airline operations. This role requires a self-starter who can operate autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and synthesizing technology and airline operations data from existing internal sources
- Developing comprehensive requirements, use cases, scenarios, and identifying potential process or data gaps towards project effort
- Scheduling and driving technical resource discussions and meetings
- Supporting and driving project efforts

Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR)
- Experience in general airline operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment and with Minimal Viable Product (MVP) scope and tasks
- Excellent organizational skills

This role is a 6-month contract based at our client's location in Atlanta, GA.
