|Job ID 67848|Posted Aug 27, 2024As an Assoc Tech Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively with clients to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Resolving IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing clear, step-by-step instructions to end users
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Loading claims, pharmacy, and authorization files
- Granting access to shared files for end users
- Providing support for virtual desktops
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with SQL query
- Experience with EZ-CAP or any other EMR
The working hours for this role are from 7 AM to 4 PM. The interview process will be conducted via phone and MS Teams, with in-person interviews only as necessary. Please note that all candidates must pass a drug test and background check upon receiving an offer.
