Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the development of new styles and the application of quality standards relating to fit and construction. The ideal candidate will be a confident problem solver, comfortable with change, and able to pivot to meet changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Design and Merchant teams, as well as other cross-functional associates, to ensure garment consistency across product categories.
- Analyze and communicate risk during the development cycle, continuously seeking to drive product improvements.
- Lead fit sessions on live models and communicate fit/construction corrections to vendors.
- Track and manage workflow, ensuring seasonal calendar deadlines are met.
- Analyze Wear Test results and complete recommendations for product and fit enhancements.
- Identify potential production, quality, and/or costing issues and provide recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Technical Design or Fashion Design, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of industry experience, with at least 2-3 years of intimate apparel experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Bra/Swim patternmaking, construction, fit, and grading. Knowledge of Shapewear and Sports Bras is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
