Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Producer to join their team. This role will support multiple projects across Communications Creative, reporting directly to the Creative Director and coordinating weekly with the Senior Project Manager to track team bandwidth against project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated, multi-channel creative production from concept through post-production and delivery
- Source and negotiate with internal and external creative resources, including photographers, directors, stylists, crew, editors, motion graphics, illustrators, music, and audio partners
- Demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work, leading production logistics with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset
- Help build production capabilities

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in multi-media creative production, including photography, live action video, animation, motion graphics, post-production, and radio
- Ability to manage and execute complex projects in various stages and work with ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel, including weekends
- Four-year college degree

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Production experience in photo/video
- Proficiency in estimating and budgeting
- Experience in producing animation and post-production is a plus
