Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Creative Producer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the successful execution of multiple projects across Communications Creative, reporting directly to the Creative Director and coordinating weekly with the Senior Project Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integrated, multi-channel creative production from concept through post-production and delivery.

- Source and negotiate with internal and external creative resources, including photographers, directors, stylists, crew, editors, motion graphics artists, illustrators, and music and audio partners.

- Demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work, leading production logistics with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset.

- Assist in building production capabilities.

- Manage and execute complex projects at various stages, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in the face of ambiguity.



Ideal candidates will have:

- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

- Expertise in multi-media creative production, including photography, live-action video, animation, motion graphics, post-production, and radio.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- The ability to travel, including weekends.

- A four-year college degree.
