JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated Estimator with a strong background in the exhibit/trade show industry. This is a fulltime, direct hire opportunity that is primarily remote. This role is integral to our client's team, providing tailored services and delivering accurate estimates and timelines to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attain project details such as budgets, timelines, design finishes, and client expectations from Designers and Account Management Team.
- Create sales orders and lead pre-launch meetings to ensure Project Managers understand client expectations and costing assumptions
- Partner with approved vendors on material sourcing and pricing to meet project budget restrictions
- Create proposals for custom and rental exhibits along with show services to help outline options and pricing during the decision-making process
- Manage a daily log of estimate requests and revisions, ensuring key delivery dates are met and renegotiated appropriately
- Communicate with and provide support to the Project Manager throughout the project to track additional costs or overages that occur during production

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of estimating experience in the exhibit/trade show industry
- Experience with ExhibitForce is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Windows/Microsoft Office Suite experience
