|Job ID 67758|Posted Aug 14, 2024As a Digital Web Product Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our client's digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the execution of the digital roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for digital products and services, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact analysis.
- Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Understand and deliver on strategic priorities in the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user experience of digital products.
- Communicate feature creation status to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners as needed.
- Monitor key product metrics and analytics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation efforts.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Preferred Skills/Attributes:
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
The interview process will be conducted via video phone call on Microsoft Teams and will consist of two rounds focusing on behavioral and experience-based questions. The working hours are 9am to 5pm CST.
