- Facilitate and document 'As Is', 'To Be', and Gap Analysis of business processes
- Elicit, analyze, and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements
- Ensure technical requirements and design meet and support the business needs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs
- Provide oversight for business readiness plans, including communication, training, and production validation
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Life Insurance Industry and possess excellent communication skills. You should be able to identify key priorities and take the initiative to create relationships and identify critical resources to ensure success. The ability to anticipate the team's needs and pre-draft user stories prior to refinement sessions is crucial.
This role requires a quick learner who is vocal when not understanding topics and is self-driven.
