|Job ID 67753|Posted Aug 13, 2024As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for achieving project goals related to the fabrication of tradeshow and exhibit booths. Your objectives will be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-sensitive within the context of the project and related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute detailed construction and set-up drawings
- Collaborate with all departments to provide a project schedule
- Determine the requirements of external and internal support to accomplish the project plan
- Stay within the project's quote from the estimating department
- Track and report project milestones and provide status reports
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential applications
- Effectively apply our client's Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) to all projects
- Troubleshoot in a timely and cost-effective manner
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Technical background in Auto CAD, 2D and 3D required
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience within the tradeshow/exhibit/events industry
- Knowledge of project management tools and software packages
- PC proficiency – Microsoft Office/Excel as well as other office-based programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines
- Thorough understanding of all phases of exhibit fabrication techniques and materials
