JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-6 years of experience in managing interconnected projects and a passion for driving program success.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining program objectives and developing strategic plans to achieve them. You will be expected to monitor program performance, control deadlines, and budgets, and evaluate the performance of project managers and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects
- Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program
- Ensure program activities operate within the organization's policies and procedures
- Oversee the collection and maintenance of program records for statistical purposes, adhering to the organization's confidentiality/privacy policy
- Supervise program staff, providing direction, input, and feedback
- Coordinate service delivery among different program activities to increase efficiency
- Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful program outcomes
- Establish a performance management process for all program staff
- Manage project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
