Primary Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into visual representations of new product and packaging concepts.
· Generate a high volume of visual assets, in a short time frame (in real time, and within a day) including product mockups, packaging variations, and brand explorations, using a combination of AI image generation tools (e.g., DALL-E and Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
· Explore a wide range of visual possibilities, experimenting with different styles, formats, and levels of fidelity based on the specific needs of each project.
· Present your work clearly and concisely, articulating design decisions and their impact on the learning process.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handling multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication.
· At least 6 months in AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
