Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in driving quality assurance strategies and implementing robust automation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test automation suites.
  • Lead the automation strategy and best practices for the team.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
  • Strong programming skills and proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with API testing and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with test data management and test environment setup.
