- Manage all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.
- Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus.
- Develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools.
- Assign, guide, and monitor project staff, ensuring project success.
- Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines.
- Provide expert project guidance and support proactively through project completion.
- Track, report, and present project progress to management and users.
Qualifications:
- 1-6 years of project management or comparable experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or food science.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in managing project supply chains, building schedules, conducting team meetings, minute taking, timeline management, and follow-ups.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks.
