The Sr Creative Project Supervisor works independently assuming primary responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating and delivering project activities through the entire project life cycle that are broad in scope. This position is responsible for ensuring deadlines are efficiently and consistently met. Building relationships and managing expectations are key parts of this role. The Sr Creative Project Supervisor is also responsible for demonstrating the project focused culture, and advises colleagues regarding project management practices, methods and standards. Performs continuous improvement projects for the division and department, and additional job-related functions as detailed by immediate supervisor.
Skills:
• 2-3 years demonstrated experience with experiential projects (not necessary event production but experience with physical or interactive installations)
• Soft skills – flexible, solution oriented, nimble, able to work in high paced, deadline-driven environment with lots of moving parts
• Experience working with high-profile clients or c-suite executives
