- Act as the primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring the teams understand the vision for the products.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy.
- Work closely in a hands-on style with the development team, addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback, and answering questions on an ongoing basis.
- Partner closely with internal and external customers, the business line(s), and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned product(s).
- Collaborate with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market, understand tradeoffs between schedule, scope, and budget, and communicate this information to the organization.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Agile Product Owner certification and JIRA software knowledge.
- Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with and empower teams.
- Proficient computer navigation skills.
- Electronic payments or Wires experience highly preferred.
This position offers a hybrid work model, with flexibility on in-office days. Standard work hours are 8-5 CT, with some flexibility. Upon offer, candidates must complete a background check. The interview process will include two interviews with the hiring manager and peer manager via Teams with Camera required.
