Our retail client is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join their team. 

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for producing engaging digital content, including digital ads, GIFs, and HTML5 animations. You will work cross-functionally with different departments to help grow, evolve, and innovate their digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative projects for targeted marketing campaigns across various retail media ad products
- Produce digital content through the creation of digital ads, GIFs, and HTML5 animations
- Understand all social channel ad products, industry best practices, and specs
- Implement the brand identity into every campaign & communication
- Communicate and present design concepts effectively
- Collaborate with outside partners to execute campaigns and deliver assets

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of design experience
- Proficient in motion design and HTML5 animation
- High level of proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere and AfterEffects)
- Bachelor's Degree in Art, Marketing, Media, or similar
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay highly organized
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design, GIF, video, motion graphics work
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, beauty, cosmetics, etc. is highly preferred
