JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated Product Owner for Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting. This role is integral to the development and enhancement of reporting products across our client's owned and operated channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and delivering on the product roadmap, driving incremental ad spend, and improving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile development teams to bring new features and capabilities to life
- Develop new reporting products and enhance existing ones
- Work with data analytics tools, dashboards, and Reporting Data pipelines to help stakeholders make informed decisions based on data insights
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most important features and enhancements
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the reporting and measurement product
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, information systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and measurement in marketing, or related industry
- 2+ years of experience working a retail media network, preferably for a CPG retailer
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, GCP) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data integration techniques
- Experience, comfortability, and success working within Agile framework

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously. They should be self-motivated and reliable, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data to provide actionable insights. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with ambiguity while remaining focused on execution.
