This role utilizes skills serving as the Solutions Architect where the resource will be the bridge between the technical design and business needs of the project. They would also be the data and configuration lead where they would lead the team to ensure the system configuration to support Eightfold is properly updated, providing current data and system configuration, as well as advising on how Eightfold setup should be based on our current infrastructure. The role utilizes skills related to knowledge of org Systems, HR Processes, Technology Projects, System Implementation, Solution Design, Team Management, Requirements Gathering, Data Proficiency, and System Configuration.

The current resource will be here until September and will be managing the data and configuration team, participating in the process and design, Job Architecture, and Technology workstreams, and advising on all other workstreams. The deliverables he is responsible for are around advising on system design, doing research on system best practices, updating system configuration, and managing the data and configuration requests from the Eightfold team.

Expected responsibilities at this time include:

• Participating in testing which will result in defect resolution and updating data and system configuration
• Managing new data and configuration requests
• Participating in process & design discussions
• Aligning Technology to Business Requirements
• Production Build and Rollout
