As a Marketing Automation Professional, you will be responsible for building, testing, executing and analysing email marketing programs.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Be proactive and diligent with your testing, ensuring email campaigns are vetted and assets are error-free
  • Actively pursue and track performance metrics, sharing learnings and key insights for further optimisation
  • Be familiar with tracking codes (UTM/CID), their capabilities and proper governance for their generation
  • Work well with cross-functional teams and have excellent project management experience

To apply for this Marketing Automation role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in marketing automation
  • CRM integration experience, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-focused experience using quantitative metrics to manage email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and other marketing goals is also essential
