JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Packaging Development Manager, you will conceptual, develop, make, and source for new products. You'll work directly with items from various departments, such as home, food & beverage, or apparel & accessories.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

  • Establish the optimal approach for the project and gather requirements/input from all packaging areas
  • Proactively promote and manage the project plan, communicating all deadlines and ensuring cross-functional team compliance
  • Monitor compliance of activities from Project Kick-off through Results Analysis
  • Use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to facilitate effective decision-making and risk analysis within the team.

The successful Associate Packaging Development Manager candidate will be a college graduate (Bachelor’s degree) or possess related experience. Additional qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/partners at once
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Proven track record of consistent project development and execution
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
