Human resources (HR) coordinator perform a variety of administrative and non-administrative tasks to support the HR department. 

 Primary responsibilities/role requirements:

    • Creating a standard set of job descriptions
    • Re-evaluate and co-develop the placement/new hire processes
    • Reviewing and structuring our Onboarding materials, checklists, adherence
    • Outlining recommended HR processes and structures appropriate
    • Support endureing HR functions comply with local, state, and federal regulations
    • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation, and maintaining departmental records and files
    • Able to work independently, perform research, and solve problems. 
    • Have strong time management skills, including planning, delegation, goal-setting, and prioritization.
