JOB DESCRIPTION

The Jr. DES Designer will play a key role in advancing the company's visual brand identity. As a key contributor to the Corporate Marketing and Communications Team, this position will support the enterprise through design and consultation services that empower a consistent and cohesive visual expression of the brand across touchpoints and experiences.

In this Jr. DES Designer role, you will focus on applying packaging style guides in collaboration with the packaging contents operations team to ensure alignment with enterprise brand standards. You can expect to create packaging artwork files of various sizes, formats, and structures in a manner aligned with the company's brand guidelines. At times, this position may also support other design projects or consult specific to the launch of the company's new brand.
