JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
  • Four-Year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, strong preference for previous cosmetics, hair care & Skin care marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into marketing strategy and writing successful creative briefs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of detail
  • Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners internal and external to the enterprise, including effective guidance of cross-functional teams to advocate for Guest-focused solutions
Role Expectation:
  • Support Beauty SPLN work during TRN busy season
  • Attending key meetings to understand strategy ahead of July kick-off 
  • Gather brand assets
  • Route creative content for approvals
  • Suppot creative requets
  • Create/Support brand creative reviews
