You will be part of a team that does real, meaningful work that directly impacts the quality of healthcare for both patients and providers. Your day-to-day work follows a scrum team approach to developing cutting-edge cloud-based enterprise software.


Some of your primary duties as Software Engineer will include:

  • Software development for the NLP tool suites
  • Develop software components based on requirements, architecture, and design specifications
  • Work with other software architects, engineers, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems
  • Build highly scalable and distributed microservices to process large data sets in real time
  • Write high-quality unit-tested code that will run in a continuous delivery pipeline


The ideal candidate for this NLU Tooling Software Engineer position will have a Bachelor of Computer Science/Technology/IT or equivalent work experience and Expertise with a JavaScript framework such as Angular. Additional requirements include:

  • Excellent understanding of microservice architectures, principles, and patterns
  • Experience in Java, JAX RS REST services
  • Java Spring Boot with Hibernate experience
  • Experience with rest API services using Java
  • Experience with MySQL
