JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Trainer / Facilitator is to provide training to internal staff on adopting OC in several areas of the organization, and with all types of Change. Looking for strong Training /Facilitator experience in large organizations. Kotter, etc. focused experience is not desired, however more of a hybrid background of these methods if any. Semi automatic tools are currently in place, and need to be adopted by this individual. 

Job Description:
  • Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator or similar role
  • Ability to adopt current training tools, and utilize internally
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with heavy infrastructure where systems do not connect
  • OCM experience desired
  • 8 + years experience desire
