JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Organizational Change Program Analyst is to provide support to projects that involves change in people’s way of working or behavior. Promote change management culture by analyzing and defining project’s training and communication needs within Global Shared Services Support function.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Execute OCM strategy  in coordination with OCM Lead to support business areas projects in the organization.
  2. Define and support OCM strategy defined for organization by coaching and guiding project leads.
  3. Provide guidance for leaders to define impact and employee engagement in projects.
  4. Support Global Shared Services Support team by executing Change deliverables on demand, and coordinating efforts with Corporate Comms Team to ensure Awareness and Desire (the A & D of ADKAR are achieved.
  5. Provide guidance for leaders to define communication deliverables in different channels considering multiple behavioral change messages based on roles and different cultures.
  6. Support Continuous Improvement in OCM  by coordinating with Business Excellence team.
  7. Assist in executing the mechanisms and Change activities to sustain change in each project.
  8. Work closely with team members to ensure collaboration throughout the different sub-teams.
  9. Strong collaboration, effective communication, and CM support in additional ad-hoc projects tasks.
  10. All other assignments associated with above mentioned tasks, which employer assigns to employee.
Professional and Education Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience in functional area may be substituted
  • Change Management Certification, desirable.
1-3 years of relevant experience in role.

  • Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, consistent accuracy, customer service, effective communication, analysis, problem solving
  • Quick to learn new tasks, develop skills, and adopt change
