JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid and organic social media strategies to maximize growth, retention, and engagement
  • Drive creation of compelling ad content, including copy and visuals
  • Utilize advertising tools on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to target specific audiences and optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns, providing insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid social media efforts with other marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features on social media platforms to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for paid social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing social media campaigns *3-5 years' experience of paid social media
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising tools for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Education requirements are College Bachelor's degree
