- Expert user in the ESP (Adobe Campaign) interface including email coding & set-up, list management, subscriber look-up, reporting, etc. as well as primary contact to resolve issues with Adobe Campaign support in partnership with our agency
- Assist in managing campaign timelines to maximize available resources and achieve timely deliverables
- QA and approve all email campaigns to ensure creative content, links, and copy are correct
- Participate in UAT testing on new functionality and new campaign execution
- Create & communicate reports (weekly, quarterly, yearly, ad hoc, etc.) that analyze findings, identify trends and recommend a course of action. Metrics include delivered, open rate, click-to-open rate, conversion rate, and opt-out rate by various email types and/or segments, establishing benchmarks for each

- Lead deployment of multiple email campaigns
- Ability to design and implement campaign workflow orchestration, email delivery, and implement customization in workflow activities based on requirements.
- Troubleshoot any errors that occur with the campaign or with any of the technical workflows within Adobe Campaign

Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in email + digital marketing
- Demonstrated familiarity with campaign management tools and/or ESP a must. (Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic a strong plus)
- Strong HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with Tableau a plus
- Required experience with SFTP file transfers
- Experience with Everest (Validity) a plus
- Provide QA for email design, templates, outbound email campaigns for flawless execution
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Word a must.
- Proven ability to analyze data and report on results
- Knowledge of email industry best practices: CAN-SPAM compliance, segmentation, performance metrics, etc.
