The Prin Change & Communications Specialist will provide change management and communication support for two global technology initiatives: an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation, and Workflow Automation implementation for HR processes.
The Prin Change & Communications Specialist is required to analyze stakeholder needs and implement strategic communications and change tactics that support and promote two system implementations. This includes creating a structured methodology to lead change management efforts, support communication efforts, identify training needs, and identify additional types of support for stakeholders within our COE.
The Prin Change & Communication specialist will provide communications support, guidance, and templates to the Centers of Expertise and Operations team members leading these implementations.
This role requires innovation, influence, change leadership, and leadership through collaboration across all levels of the organization. This role requires an ability to support both tactical and strategic projects which impact employees, managers, and HR Community.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications
• Oversee communication initiatives for two technology implementations including building and maintaining a communication plan, drafting communications, getting stakeholder approval, identifying audiences for communication distribution, overseeing the delivery of communications
• Ensure feedback loops effectively deliver information within our HR community and to employees and managers
Change Management
• Identify and support a change management plans for two technology implementations
• Identify and manage change impacts by creating plans to support end users through the change.
• Engage sponsors and key stakeholders on key project milestones, decisions, and deliverables.
• Evaluate effectiveness of efforts and develop templates and process standards that embody best practices. Create feedback mechanisms for continual process and deliverables improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between our HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations leaders, our contact center, our the project team.
AskHR and Global HR Operations & Employee Relations Brand
• Oversee the HR brand during the project including, but not limited to, the following templates: email, PowerPoint, Word, system notifications, and contact cards.
HR Portal and HR Virtual Assistant
• Support the development and maintenance of the HR Portal and HR Virtual Assistant which allow the delivery and exchange of information for critical HR information for employees.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for the HR Portal to support development.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of work experience within an HR function or Communications minimum
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• HR experience and process knowledge desired
• Competent in working on cross-functional projects.
• Research and data analysis experience
• Competent in Project Management
• Ability to co-manage a team of individuals and drive a project to successful completion.
• Highly organized, maintains rigor of process, and holds task owners accountable.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
• Competent in written and oral communication. Competent making presentations, giving status updates and facilitating cross-functional and cross-site meetings.
