This role guides and supports the implementation of targeted change strategies supporting the Advancing of Planning Solutions for Global Supply Chain. Providing change management expertise to help deploy, mobilize, and support the adoption of process and technology solutions globally across businesses and regions.

A Day in the Life
• Manage the portfolio and change load for identified primary stakeholder groups. Collaborates with  Program Leadership, workstream teams and functional leaders to execute change plans and refine as necessary.
• Maintains alignment across workstreams on program deliverables, outcomes, and key milestones.
• Partners with program teams and the Change Network to provide information and tools needed to effectively lead change in their functions/teams.
• Promotes the use of best practices and consistent change methodologies; ensures business and teams leverage existing systems, processes, and approaches as appropriate.
• Ensures readiness change activities for deployment to help drive change, communication, and education plans in partnership with extended Organizational Readiness team.
• Lead iterative change impact analysis and change management assessments. Plans and executes change management plan with actionable deliverables and integrates activities into overall program project plans.
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics including managing anticipated resistance.
• Evaluate and ensure business and end user readiness for gate entrance and exit criteria.
• Develops and executes change management communications that inform, align, and engage employees. Utilizes all communication venues and vehicles to ensure maximum reach to all key stakeholders. Supports the development and implementation of the program & workstream communications strategies.
• Manages and executes communications activities around program announcements including program newsletters, executive presentations, Change Network communications, transformation pulse surveys and team recognition, etc.
• Manages and executes communications activities around workstream deployments including awareness, training and go live and hyper-care activities.
• Collaborates with stakeholders in functional areas or programs outside of Primary Stakeholders where other stakeholders are impacted (e.g., IBP (Integrated Business Planning), Trade, Deliver, OU Operations, Supply Management etc) to ensure alignment of change and communication to common stakeholders
• Adopts a consultative approach, coaching leaders and teams how to apply change management best practices.
• Define and measure engagement and user adoption metrics and monitor change progress.
• Partners with GO&SC and enterprise-wide teams to utilize resources, tools while driving a ‘One Best Way’ approach to organizational change management.

Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree B.A./B.S. in related field
• Minimum of 8 years of change management experience
• Proven experience and ability to navigate complex organizations with a track record of managing large scale change programs
• Experience presenting and interacting with senior management
• Experience with large scale business transformation and technology implementation programs
• Significant client facing experience in a multi-national corporation

Preferred Requirements
• Supply Chain experience strongly preferred
• MBA or Masters in Organization Development or related discipline
