- Client is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin off of its Health Care business.
- The Human Resources organization has made the decision to clone Client Workday system for the new Health Care business to use as the HR Information System (HRIS).
- This consists of building/configuring a new Workday tenant, converting the employee and non-employee data, and testing all of the integrations and systems that rely on Workday HR data.
- The majority of the integrations will be tested in August, with some testing to continue through September.
- Enter Workday data change test scenarios to support integration and downstream process testing.
- Document defects, and partner with subject matter experts on defect resolution activities.
- Coordinate test entry timing and dependencies with cross functional teams within and outside of HR.
- Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher
- Experience working with cross functional teams, across multiple functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with integration testing and support
- Experience working in Human Resources or IT
- Collaborative work style
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and comprehend technical topics and distill into functional understanding
- Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
- Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution.
- Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements.
- Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
- Identify and understand the end user's need
- Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed.
