TOP REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience managing large complex projects w/ multiple workstreams; ability to interface with internal and external clients

  • Master’s degree; Prepaid financial services experience; experience in process improvement and journey mapping
ADDITIONAL PROJECT INFO: 
  • A fraud initiative to increase fraud prevention controls.
Position Highlights
  • Represents business perspectives including procedures and impacts for projects that may be general or systems related in nature
  • Participates in the identification, development, and implementation of assigned projects
  • Manages large complex projects w/ multiple workstreams
  • Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
  • Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
  • Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance
  • Operational Support to participate in the developing and maintaining productive working relationships
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to eight years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of prepaid payments
  • Experience with reporting
  • Experience in process improvement and journey mapping
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the following areas is a plus, not required:
  • JIRA
  • Agile
  • Version 1
  • General understanding of Epix
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Specifically Powerpoint, Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation), Teams, and Outlook
