- 4+ years Project management Experience
- Previous experience managing large complex projects w/ multiple workstreams; ability to interface with internal and external clients
- Master’s degree; Prepaid financial services experience; experience in process improvement and journey mapping
- A fraud initiative to increase fraud prevention controls.
- Represents business perspectives including procedures and impacts for projects that may be general or systems related in nature
- Participates in the identification, development, and implementation of assigned projects
- Manages large complex projects w/ multiple workstreams
- Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
- Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
- Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance
- Operational Support to participate in the developing and maintaining productive working relationships
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to eight years of experience in project management activities
- Advanced knowledge of prepaid payments
- Experience with reporting
- Experience in process improvement and journey mapping
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- General understanding of Epix
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Specifically Powerpoint, Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation), Teams, and Outlook
