Primary Function of this Position:
- Manager of IT Infra & Security Project management will be responsible for managing corporate IT Infrastructure and Security projects.
- This role would manage a variety of projects in size and scope.
- Project manager will take large company-wide, highly visible programs from vision to release.
- We are looking for an experienced individual who can adopt to our Project planning and delivery process for Infrastructure and security teams, as well as contribute to strategy, roadmap discussions, project execution and delivery of our engagements.
- Your skills will include cross-team collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and schedule management.
- You will ensure we deliver the work committed and share insights & impacts based on the work delivered.
- The IT Project Manager will have the experience and skills necessary to continuously improve the way we develop and deliver initiatives with a solid analytical mindset and interest in taking part in our PMO organization and enhancing processes to improve data integrity and accuracy.
- The role needs to perform in Fast Pace environment, be a self-starter and work without any guidance.
- Ideal candidate will have excellent command over communication, Project Management Tools (both cloud and on-prem), expert in using Office 365 applications, Fluent in working conferencing tools such as Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Zoom Chat, Slack etc.,
- Lead and facilitate regular Project team meetings, team coordination, action item tracking, record minutes and communicate
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project management deliverables
- Plan, coordinate and manage a large Project of IT Initiatives while anticipating, minimizing and mitigating risks.
- Build out integrated dashboards based on data sets from different sources like Smartsheet, Microsoft project.• Able to produce crisp, integrated Reporting and Dashboards for executive staff.
- Manage & influence large cross-functional team(s)./s
- Provide meaningful optics and insights using tools like Anaplan, Smartsheet.
- Help with the deployment of IT Project Management Tools ecosystem, while driving PM maturity & discipline.
- Able to work within a complex tools ecosystem while managing across teams.
- Define and communicate target change schedule, Freeze calendar for production deployments.
- Provide inputs for Demand Management for Infrastructure and Security Project.
- 8– 10 years of IT Project Management/PMO experience in an waterfall/Agile environment.
- Experience driving Project Planning sessions; Have used various frameworks to prioritize work based on ROI/Business Value.
- Clearly articulate the Business Value (in terms of ROI) for the work/projects committed to the leadership team.
- Possess solid communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced technical environment with experience using Agile/Scrum process and best practices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects in IT.
- Proven experience in managing Project and releases in a large-scale environment.
- Solid analytical mindset. Ability to define and build dashboards for executive consumption, while bringing in data from different systems.
- Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities who can drive projects to completion.
- Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issues.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced environment.
