- Short Description:
- The technician will be supporting the business delivering the end to end experience for the hardware swap process.
- Support of migration of the user data from one equipment to the other.
- Configuring of email, VPN access and others Central access as per user need.
- Preparing equipment following ATA imaging process.
- Supporting users in the IT delivery day showing how to assemble and log into their computers.
- Supporting any further issues they might have in a later moment post migration.
