Job Summary:
The Digital Design & Experience team creates the user interfaces for vehicle touchscreen displays, mobile apps, and rider-focused web apps for all  products.  
We are looking to grow the team with both interaction and visual design skills. Hybrid designers with both interaction and visual skills are preferred, but we are happy to talk to any great designer that fits the team.
Candidates should have a portfolio of design work demonstrating an understanding of user interface and user experience design.
They will be responsible for defining how people interact with products. Experience in automotive and consumer electronics industries and knowledge of user research methods preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design world-class digital product interface for various powersports applications
Develop flow diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, visual design, and prototypes as needed to communicate designs to the design team and company stakeholders
Collaborate with software engineers to define a clear and cohesive customer experience across the product ecosystem

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, visual, product, industrial) or a related field
3+ years of user experience design experience on a digital product team or an agency setting
Experience with Figma for wireframing and visual design
Passion for user experience, usability & powersports
Strong creative, design, and visualization skills
Hands-on, get things done attitude
Meticulous, pixel-perfect attention to design detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and also to collaborate on design solutions in a team environment

Hours: Standard day shift, accommodating team meetings from 9am-3pm PST
