Maintaining an inventory of all error messaging and creating a cohesive strategy for new user and system error messages. Using strong copy editing and proofing skills, with attention to details in both copy decks and final designs. Writing all pages with a focus on SEO content and metadata. Taking initiative in generating ideas and suggestions on content strategy and solutions and other aspects of the user experience. Adapting to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ensuring consistency with existing brand standards, templates and style guides. Solid understanding of best web writing practices. Staying current on the latest trends in online communications, usability and search optimization
5+ years of professional experience in UX SEO copywriting, technical writing or equivalent role. Strong portfolio of work. Experience creating content for digital products, especially highly complex experiences. Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing meta information. Understanding of UX principles and best web writing practices. An appreciation for the relationship between text and visual elements Preferred: Experience writing for the healthcare industry. Experience working in a highly agile/scrum environment. Working knowledge of HTML and web content management tools, page publishing tools and/or other web tools. Experience working in agile/iterative environments. Utilize analytics and reporting to evaluate performance on experiences and provide recommendations on low/no value work. Ability to use insights from web analytics or A/B testing to make improvements to the user experience
