Summary:
- Support project manager and team leads to help them complete project tasks
- Preparing necessary Executive and high-level presentation PowerPoint materials for meetings and status updates
- Required Years of Experience: Ideally 4+ years
- 2 to 6 years of Project Coordinator experience
- Understands client's processes and tracks project deliverables and documentation
- Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately
- Preparing necessary Executive and high-level presentation PowerPoint materials for meetings and status updates
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Responsible to create playbooks, process checklist when applicable
- Facilitate and or chair meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Support project manager and team leads to help them complete project tasks
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Monitoring project plans, project schedules to ensure and assist that deadlines are met by the responsible party(s).
- Complies project status reports for the technology work streams, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems
- Ensuring project deadlines are met by facilitating the follow up communication to the team leads, delivery manager, testing managers, cross commits and or the business.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Support the management of large cross- functional projects from concept to implementation
- Provide leadership of sub-team(s)
- Facilitate planning sessions
- Coordinate issue resolutions
- Provide expertise in project management processes, tools and communication/coordination with the project manager, Capability Domain Owner team leads, test managers, business, business analyst(s) and cross commits!
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of Project Coordinator experience in Business Administration and Finance.
- Client may require additional certifications for this role. These certifications may include (but not limited to): AQMS, Six Sigma, and PMI. MS Project experience
